Accessibility
Parkdale Golden Age Foundation (PGAF) is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for our clients, caregivers, employees, temporary contract workers, job applicants, volunteers, students, suppliers, project partners, visitors, and any other members of the public who enter our office and program sites, use or participate in our programs and services, and access our information. As an organization, we respect and uphold the requirements set forth under the
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005). Our Accessible Customer Services Plan can be accessed
here.

Parkdale Golden Age Foundation Accessibility Standards are available in an alternative format, upon request. Also, upon request, our organization will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communications supports, in a timely manner that considers the person’s accessibility needs due to disability at a cost no more than the regular cost charged to others. Persons with disabilities will be consulted to determine the suitability of the accessible format or communication support to be provided.
